Azaad Travel India provides outstation cab booking, airport transfers, and local hourly rentals. We act as a platform to connect users with professional drivers and transportation services.
2. Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be made through our website or authorized helplines.
- Fares shown at the time of booking are indicative. Final fares may include additional charges for tolls, parking, and state taxes.
- A part-payment (usually 20%) may be required to confirm the booking. The balance must be paid to the driver at the end of the trip.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary based on the time of cancellation:
- Free cancellation is generally available up to 24 hours before the pickup time.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
4. User Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate pickup and drop details.
- Users are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip.
- Any damage to the vehicle caused by the user may result in additional charges.
5. Limitation of Liability
Azaad Travel India is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or mechanical failures. While we strive for 100% on-time service, we do not guarantee specific arrival times.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
